請問一下農會的工作與福利

工作內容：
休閒旅遊~農業旅遊及農村休閒等業務。
會務行政~議事、選舉、會籍登記及會員福利等會務管理業務。

薪水：
新進人員起薪逾3萬元，且上下班時間穩定，平均年領16個月薪水，福利待遇不輸公務員。
農會屬法人機構，待遇及福利依「農會人事管理辦法」規定，實施單一俸給制，除了薪給，不支領任何津貼，但薪給包括每月薪資、每年提撥1.5個月退休準備金及績效獎金。
沒經驗的大學畢業生，進入農會工作，月薪再加上績效獎金，年薪有75萬元水準；部分農會營運狀況好，提撥績效獎金更高。若依職等換算，農會員工平均薪資在3萬元至6萬元間。
