國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)副總裁朱民13日於世界經濟論壇表示，大陸經濟比以往更容易受到全球市場動盪的影響；政府開放資本帳戶要警惕資本流動的大幅波動。

華爾街日報報導，朱民認為，中國大陸不應低估外部金融波動的影響，資本帳戶開放應是一個漸進的過程。

中國大陸曾多次重申要開放資本帳戶，使人民幣在資本項目下可兌換。目前人民幣在包含貿易的經常項目下可兌換。外界相信，大陸高層正在推動資本帳戶到2015年實現基本開放，到2020年實現完全開放。

美國聯邦儲備委員會準備退出債券購買計劃的打算，令一些新興市場官員不安，他們擔心這將推升美國利率，並導致資本流出本國經濟。朱民認為，中國大陸既要防範市場化帶來的風險，也要防範全球市場波動帶來的風險。
