宏達電內鬼案 檢調追查回扣

宏達電內鬼案又有新進展。檢調發現宏達電前洪姓資深經理離職後，自行開設萬富隆公司，再回頭與已遭收押的宏達電創新設計處副總經理簡志霖做生意，簡志霖藉機從中收取600萬元回扣，檢調昨（13）日發動第2波搜索，以釐清簡志霖所收取的回扣是否不只於此。

台北地檢署昨日因此再指揮北機站發動第2波搜索，赴萬富隆位於桃園的2個辦公處所及洪姓前資深經理位於新北市的住處搜索，查扣相關會計帳冊，另約談洪男等人，釐清洪是否預謀離職，及簡志霖所收取的回扣是否不僅於此。
