洋醉漢偷公仔　脫褲露鳥檢不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市3名20多歲年輕法籍男子，上月凌晨喝醉酒，見市區1間打烊餐廳櫃台上，擺著幾隻公仔玩偶，竟扳開大門偷走4隻玩偶。

3人隨後到1家KTV消費，不料其中1人竟脫掉內褲裸露生殖器，半跪在櫃台前，現場民眾紛紛走避，直批「太離譜了！」。

忠二派出所警員獲報前往處理，將3人依竊盜、公然猥褻罪嫌移送法辦。檢察官偵結，念及3人酒後失態，才誤觸法令，且已與該餐廳業者和解，予以不起訴處分。
