特偵組違法監聽？　北檢已分案

【呂志明／台北報導】特偵組揭露法務部前部長曾勇夫接受立院院長王金平關說案，由於外界質疑特偵組拿A案查B案，有違法監聽之虞，上周六（7日）已有人向台北地檢署按鈴告發，北檢已分案交由檢肅黑金專組主任檢察官張介欽負責偵辦。

據了解，檢方在收案後，已將特偵組的新聞稿、近日媒體有關的報導全部蒐齊，並在周末假日研讀完畢。北檢不排除近日內，向特偵組調閱相關資料，以釐清案情。
