屏縣府限膠筏出海12浬　蔡田號違規恐遭罰

【林志青╱台北報導】恆春籍「蔡田號」膠筏遭菲律賓公務船扣押至今已3天，根據屏東縣政府發佈的「屏東縣漁筏監理自治條例」，膠筏僅限離岸12浬內作業，案發當時蔡田號離岸78浬，明顯違反規定，屏東縣政府擬對蔡田號進行裁處。
 
2日當時與蔡田號一同出海的另外其他7艘膠筏，昨天下午2時許返回屏東後壁湖漁港。海巡署指出，雷達無法偵測膠筏，加上膠筏無「船位回報系統」（VMS），難以判定這7艘膠筏是否違規。
