華南永昌投顧董事長儲祥生說，大立光 (3008)受外資調降評等，今天股價盤中跌幅一度超過半個停板，影響高價股及人氣；不過，短線雖受衝擊，中長線有機會在果新機出爐後，若手機所用的鏡頭採1200萬畫素，則對大立光將是大利多。

關鍵數據：匯市變化，新台幣兌美元近來不斷升值，雖不利電子等出口商，但卻也透露熱錢一再湧入台灣，外資一再買超台股的訊息。美國今晚將發布失業率及非農業就業人口數據，均關係到QE退場變數。

技術面：OTC迄今連拉8根紅棒，比上市加權指數來得強，代表中小型股的人氣強勁。大盤指數量潮有開始擴增，預期下周衝上千億元熱量指日可待。

觀盤重點：在政府作多氣氛下，整個盤勢呈現短中多的架構，中小型股活蹦亂跳，大型股則較溫吞，若大盤指數要挑戰前二波8265及8439高點，則大型股得竄出扮演帶盤主流。
