柯建銘涉全民電通案　疑關說法務部別上訴

【綜合報導】引爆檢察總長辦不長得關說案，就是立委柯建銘被控涉及全民電通案，一、二審柯建銘都被判刑6個月，今年6月高院更一審改判柯建銘無罪。特偵組查出，法務部長曾勇夫涉接受柯建銘與立法院長王金平關說，透過高檢署檢察長陳守煌，要求承辦檢察官林秀濤不要再上訴，讓全案無罪定讞，結果全案果真無罪定讞。目前最高檢察官正在研究如何處理此案。

柯建銘控在擔任全民電通總經理期間，涉利用買賣股票機會，沖銷1200萬元私人債務，導致全民電通損失1200萬元及不實之財報。一、二審都判處柯建銘有期徒刑六個月，但更一審則改判他無罪。
