吸食K菸遭臨檢　警查獲改造槍彈

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名20歲陳姓男子和施姓友人，昨天凌晨在新北市土城裕民路巷內邊吸K菸邊聊天，巡邏警員發現2人形跡詭異，欲上前盤查時，陳男雖立即將K菸丟棄在水溝內，但仍被警員發現；警員查看車內時，竟在副駕駛座下方發現10顆子彈，隨即又在後車箱找到1把疑似改造過的道具槍，警員立即將2人帶回派出所訊問。
 
陳男表示，槍枝是4年前在台北市1家道具店所購得，平常都只放在家觀賞把玩，不知道這違法，也從沒有拿去外面試射過。警方訊後將槍枝和子彈送往鑑定，並將陳姓男子依槍砲彈藥管制條列和毒品危害防治條例等罪嫌移送法辦，
