聞狂犬病色變 竹南鎮民爭相帶愛犬施打

苗栗縣竹南鎮公所今天起免費提供狂犬病疫苗，由苗栗縣動物防疫所派員協助施打，下午兩點開放施打後，不到1小時就有十多人帶著家中愛犬前來，紛紛說「幫愛犬打了狂犬病疫苗，感覺安心多了。」

竹南鎮公所農業課長張力仁說，每逢周一、三、五的下午兩點到四點，在竹南鎮垃圾掩埋場的北區流浪犬收容中心，提供狂犬病疫苗施打，歡迎民眾前來，也呼籲大家多關心寵物狀況，不要任意棄養。
