亞太 換手機之後就不能用了

之前使用三星 B299
都一直很順收訊也都很好
在家裡幾乎都沒什麼收訊死角

最近因為朋友需要所以跟它交換了手機來用
換成 HTC SPRINT 4G
開機之後有顯示亞太電信
但撥打給別人都顯示:網路忙線中,請稍後再試
拿別隻打我的亞太
聽到的聲音是轉入語音信箱

想請問除了換手機之外有沒有解決的辦法
是手機的問題還是亞太本身收訊的問題?
