高市地政局 遷移楠梓3大聚落公墓

為促進楠梓區三大聚落右昌、楠梓舊部落、後勁地區發展，高雄市政府地政局透過跨局處合作模式，從民國98年起，陸續把坐落在市地重畫區及區段徵收區的右昌飛機公墓、後勁納骨塔、楠梓舊部落東寧公墓的地上物遷走，整理後開闢為公共設施造福市民。

高雄市地政局長謝福來說，經過開闢後，這些公墓已成為公園，附近土地，與開發前價差3倍以上。

謝福來表示，運用土地開發的方式，把楠梓區三大聚落既有墓園遷移，不僅讓往生者有個較為舒適的安置空間，也可以避免窳陋混亂的土地使用影響都市景觀與安全，經妥善規畫開發後可發揮土地使用效益，增加土地價值。
