頂新魏家購買4戶帝寶，99%資金來自銀行融資、自己資金僅1%，引發炒房質疑；對此，金管會主委曾銘宗今(27)日表示，承貸的第一銀行鑑價低於頂新買帝寶的價格，鑑價低於買價，才會有貸款99%的誤解。

現在央行對於不動產有管制，包含第1間房貸款不可超過8成、第2間房是不可超過6成。但是傳出，頂新魏家買4間不動產，自有資金僅1%，其餘99%都是向銀行貸款，引發質疑。

對此，曾銘宗表示，一般來說，銀行會依買賣契約的價格8成貸款，經過了解，頂新購買4戶帝寶市價是新台幣7.5億元，一銀鑑價卻是6.1億元，最後放貸6億元，部份為擔保放款、部份屬信用貸款，鑑價低於買價，但他買價相對高，才會有貸款99%的誤解。

曾銘宗表示，當時尚未有選擇性的信用管制，所以並沒有違反當時的監理原則。
