林克穎未申請交保　1月8日決定是否引渡

【陳郁仁/台北報導】酒駕撞死孝子的英商林克穎，今在愛丁堡的法庭開程序庭，我駐英代表處官員表示，林的辯護律師今天沒有提出交保的要求，表示接下來會有更多證詞，證明他可以交保，所以法官裁定檢辯雙方在12月13日要呈上雙方證詞，12月16日再開保釋庭，決定是否交保。

此外，我官員也說，法官裁定在1月8日到9日開引渡庭，決定林克穎是否可以引渡回台灣，但英國是三審三級制，所以就算1月法官裁定要引渡，林仍可上訴，林沒這麼快回台灣。
