初領機車駕照者　明年起須完成講習

【陳如嬌／台北報導】交通部公路總局今舉辦「初領機車駕駛執照安全駕駛講習」公聽會，與會者都贊成初領機車駕照民眾應先完成講習才能核發駕照。公路總局預定，明年元月起全面實施這項新措施。

公路總局已從今年4月起，分階段試辦初領機車駕照者須上安全駕駛講習課程，90分鐘的課程訓練，內容含40分鐘的安全觀念影片教學和50分鐘的安全駕駛學科教學。

公路總局表示，試辦分析發現，4月至9月新發照有參訓及未參訓事故比較，未參訓的16萬1700人，發生事故人數有1751人，佔1.08%；有參訓的4萬5462人中，發生事故人數是361人，佔0.79%，顯示參加講習課程有助提昇駕駛人安全駕駛的觀念和能力。

公路總局表示，希望透過初領機車駕照安全駕駛講習課程，可降低機車駕駛人交通事故傷亡人數，逐年降低3%~5%。
