新治水預算 6年600億

八年800百億元治水經費將在明年初期滿，經濟部長張家祝今天在立法院經濟委員會表示，經濟部已經提出一個全新法案，有關流域治理的特別條例草案，昨天已通過行政院審查，今天上午行政院院會就要通過，希望以新的治水條例更根本、更有效改善台灣的水患問題。

張家祝指出，草案中治水是以特別預算編列，預算期間為民國103年至108年，經費上限為600億元。

經濟委員會召委楊瓊瓔要求經濟部，明天立即將行政院院會通過的版本送到立法院，並排入下周二程序委員會、下周五院會列入報告事項，她將在11月27日排入委員會議程。楊瓊瓔說，屆時一定會討論到最後才會散會。
