衛福部公布進口銅葉綠素廠商

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署今天下午召開記者會，公布兩家進口銅葉綠素廠商，分別為台灣比菲多 (酉發)酵股份有限公司、金鎬貿易有限公司，從2011年到今年11月3日止，前者進口100公斤，後者進口1200公斤，總共1300公斤。

供貨下游廠商有5家，包括台灣原貿股份有限公司、宇馨興業有限公司、佳格食品股份有限公司、興霖食品股份有限公司、頤農股份有限公司。至於銅葉綠素的用途，食藥署表示，還在稽查當中。

食藥署副署長吳秀英表示，台灣標準銅綠素是可以添加在口香糖、泡泡糖、乾海帶、蔬果加工品、烘培食品、果醬、果凍和飲料等產品，用量為40到150mg/kg不等。
