才漲價就出包 高鐵董座歐晉德道歉

高鐵前天(11/2)因為無預警跳電，導致列車停駛，上萬名乘客權益受損，由於高鐵才剛漲價，馬上發生跳電狀況，又遲遲沒能向消費者提出退費補償機制，引發罵聲連連，就在稍早，高鐵董事長歐晉德首度公開道歉。

台灣高鐵董事長歐晉德：「看到這個消息，心情上很痛苦、難過，我代表高鐵公司向全體旅客表示誠摯歉意。」

高鐵董事長歐晉德在下午向全體旅客致歉，並深深一鞠躬，他表示退票會從寬認定。
