兄弟象隊看板球星「周董」周思齊確定成為自由球員，他完成了手續，正式宣告「自由」了！

以兄弟象隊跟他的合約簽訂到期日為12月31日，在這之前各隊若是想要出手搶「周」都是很有機會，只要支付轉隊費。

此外，由於周思齊符合中華職棒大聯盟的旅外球員資格，只要是想要周董加盟的國內外其他球隊，也都有機會自由接觸。

根據聯盟規定：

本聯盟自由球員年資計算基準如下：
1. 自由球員年資自2003年開始計算；
2. 自2003年至2009年間，凡該年度有出賽記錄者，即給予一個球季之年資；
3.自2010年起，選手需於一軍登錄天數達125天，即計算完成一個球季，如登錄天數未達標準，按比例計算之。

本聯盟自由球員年資登錄分類如下：
1. 凡累計三個球季年資，且獲得球團之同意，即可取得旅外自由球員資格；
2. 凡累計九個球季年資，即可取得自由球員資格；
3. 已行使自由球員權利之選手，凡再累計四個球季年資，可再度獲得自由球員資格。 (接下一頁)
