（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市4日電）淡水古蹟博物館10日起，於淡水紅毛城的前清英國領事官邸推出「不朽的追求－威廉•莫里斯特展」，重現大師生活美學風格。

淡水古蹟博物館今天上午舉行記者會表示，配合展覽特別邀請榮獲英國女王大英帝國勳章的「古建築保護協會」執行長范寧 (Philip Venning) 來台，進行3場文化資產保存推動的經驗交流講座。

博物館表示，威廉•莫里斯 (William Morris) 不但是藝術史、設計史上的重要人物，同時也是古蹟保存的先驅，特展中將介紹他的思想及珍貴的作品，在充滿濃濃英國風情的領事官邸，以情境展示重現大師的生活美學風格。

展覽自11月10日起至103年10月31日止，並安排一系列精采的講座及工作坊課程，讓民眾可以從不同的面向，深入走進威廉•莫里斯的世界。1021104
