郭茂盛喊冤　進棉籽立即轉手賣他廠

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】農委會公佈進口棉籽工廠，其中包括彰化縣全興工業區製造以麻油、花生油聞名的郭茂盛油廠，油廠今天喊冤「我們只是貿易商，進口棉籽後就直接銷給三木實業與大成長城公司」。

郭茂盛員工表示，今年6月25日共進口75噸，其中50噸賣給彰化縣二林鎮的三木實業股份有限公司，25賣給台南市的大成長城公司，今年1月間也銷售49.98噸給三木，沒有再加工製造其他產品。
