英國一名二十五歲的女子莎拉，睡午覺的時候就把第一個孩子查爾斯給生了下來。

前兩天，莎拉發現羊水破了，就讓孩子的爹陪他去醫院。助產士檢查過後叫他二十四小時以後再去。他們倆就回家睡午覺，儲備生產所需的體力。

兩個小時以後，莎拉覺得怪怪的，叫醒枕邊人。孩子的爸看了一眼，竟然看到了查爾斯的頭。孩子的爸趕緊打一一九。一一九工作人員透過電話指導他接生。

他說，他沒做什麼，莎拉就把孩子生了下來。他只幫忙清理嬰兒，確定臍帶沒纏著孩子。然後就等救護車到了送去醫院。
