虐摔流浪貓致死　羊肉攤老闆罰100小時勞務

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭市東門觀光夜市「沙茶大王」羊肉攤黃姓業者，6月底與妻子吵架，竟在妻子面前故意連續重摔4月大幼貓致死；在氣頭上的黃妻則狂笑以對。過程被民眾拍攝po網，引起網友撻伐，黃男事後在夜市入口處下跪，向社會大眾公開道歉，並被宜蘭縣政府動植物防疫所依《違反動物保護法》法辦。

全案經宜蘭地檢署偵結，以黃男頗具悔意且無前科，今天予以緩起訴處分，得服100小時義務勞役。
