卡踏的定義我一知半解..是否可詳訴..我上卡一年半.摔6次..


如果把騎乘路線拉長，用一般踏板踩踏，腳會亂飄，不能一直對準拇指球的位置，也就是踩踏力道最大的點。
還有大腿的內外八偏移，矯正成與車架平行。
踩踏迴圈上，前半圈的下壓力道少一點，利用後半圈的提拉力道回到上死點。

摔這麼多次，還有待練習。
我的上卡準則是：
兩邊煞車按住
右腳先上卡並滑行、換左腳。
左腳沒卡先抵住，再轉一圈上卡。

臨時停車：
減速加降檔，預留停車區的緩衝距離。
左腳在下死點脫卡，抵住踏板，到停車區再觸地。
右腳不動。

完全下車再脫右腳。
