【石永軒、林媛玲╱新北報導】「本來要看夜景，竟差點看到日出！」八名遊客前晚到新北市淡水漁人碼頭搭乘情人塔看夜景，不料升到六十七公尺、約二十二樓高時，景觀台竟因風勢過大而停止，誇張的是業者搞了整個晚上，無法讓景觀台降下又不願報案，導致遊客及一名服務人員共九人受困九小時，飢寒交迫還得憋尿，遊客昨早獲救後譏諷：「夜景一看九小時，真是值回票價！」也有人怒斥：「危機處理太糟！」
