冀中星家屬稱判刑過重　已決定上訴

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】北京首都機場爆炸案今在北京市朝陽區法院宣判，被告冀中星被判處6年有期徒刑。但她的家屬認為法院判決過重，已委託律師上訴。

判決稱冀中星的行為已危及公共安全，但也稱冀歸案後如實招供且在爆炸前曾警告他人，因此決定從輕處罰。冀中星的律師劉曉原稱，冀中星是因為無路可走才採取極端方式抗議，司法體系卻不去了解他抗議的原因。
