黑心攤商竄改日期　賣過期養樂多

【綜合報導】高雄市盧小姐投訴，9月7日家人在大社區果菜市場旁向攤販購買養樂多，驚見有效日期被竄改，大罵真黑心。

盧小姐表示，外公在大社區果菜市場旁向一處攤販購買養樂多，有效日期為「102.09.16」，但她仔細看效期標示，發現日期「16」的「1」字樣周圍有擦拭過的痕跡，且墨色及字型和其他幾個效期字樣明顯不同，研判是「06」塗改成「16」。養樂多公司專程南下察看，現場查到盧姓攤商的家人是養樂多經銷員，且產品效期疑遭塗改效期，立即開除經銷員。盧姓攤商則稱是向他人批貨，否認塗改。

★被抓正著 養樂多公司派專人到高雄市大社區果菜市場察看，發現附近攤商盧先生（黃衣男）確實有販售塗改有效日期的養樂多。

★塗改日期 盧小姐家人買的養樂多，瓶身有效日期的「1字樣」明顯有塗改跡象（箭頭處）。投訴人提供
