遭架空？ 特偵組：照常運作

立法院司法及法制委員會昨天通過臨時提案，特偵組目前偵辦及監聽案件應全停止，交一般檢察機關偵辦，停止分案辦理新案。特偵組今天回應，未停止分案、辦案，「業務照常運作。」

檢方今天表示，司法法制委員會的提案僅是一讀，沒有拘束力，要特偵組停止辦案和分新案，須立法院院會三讀通過，或修法廢除特偵組才行。
