改革紅利可期 人民幣債後市俏

量化寬鬆（QE）退場衝擊暫解，加上中國官方刺激政策收效，觀察7、8月總體經濟數據狀況，包括出口、工業生產、固定投資等增速均優於預期。然而，經濟成長速度與通膨型態顯示目前殖利率明顯高估，預期9月底季結算以及十一長假過後，殖利率應有下修空間，投資人可趁此布局。

富邦中國債券傘型基金經理人陳怡靜表示，中國自7月下旬以來祭出各項刺激政策，預期三中全會延至11月舉行，暗示將有更多政策利出籠，市場期待改革紅利，人民幣高收益債券後市看漲。

針對選債策略，陳怡靜認為，人民幣投資等級債部分，將在初級市場等待第二批國債發行作為指標引導，看好3至5年國有背景且收益率3.8%以上債券標的。
