【短片】仁寶宣布收購華寶股權

【李宜儒／台北報導】筆記型電腦代工廠仁寶（2324）宣布，將以每股50.8元的價格公開收購手機代工廠華寶（8078），最低收購股數為3038萬 6725股，為華寶公開發行股權之5%，預計收購時間為10月1日到11月19日。華寶董事長陳瑞聰表示，合併之後，希望華寶明年的營收表現可以較今年倍增；仁寶發言人呂清雄強調，合併案將對明年華寶的營運有助益。

呂清雄表示，目前仁寶持有華寶股權約47.78%，加計子公司持有之股權，合計持有華寶49.9%，因此最高收購股數為3億1737萬8596股，預估最高收購總金額為161.3億元。呂清雄指出，等到公開收購完成後，將規劃與華寶進行吸收合併，以仁寶為存續公司，仁寶擬將支付每股華寶股份的合併對價與公開收購案的每股對價相同。當吸收合併案完成後，華寶將併入仁寶，成為新的 BG（Business Group），完成集團整併計劃，預估全案將不遲於2014年4月完成。
