電話嗆「叫恁某麥討客兄」　誹謗罪不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】一名47歲王姓女子，疑因嫉妒女同事與負責人較有接觸，便撥打電話到女同事家中，並向她丈夫嗆聲「叫恁某麥討客兄」原告夫婦調閱家中電話通聯紀錄，與王女對質後報警處理，並提告王女誹謗罪。

 檢方認為縱使該通電話是王女撥打的，但除當事人外，他人並不會知道內容，難以認定被告有將電話內容散佈於眾的意圖，與公然侮辱及誹謗等罪的構成要件不符，全案偵結，罪嫌不足，不起訴處分。
