軍冤二次會 羅瑩雪仍兼召集人

軍事冤案申訴委員會今天(30日)舉行第二次會議，由於原本的召集人羅瑩雪改任法務部長，軍冤會今天也修改設置要點，仍由羅瑩雪兼任召集人。目前有55件陳情案件、50件申訴案件，申訴案中有40件符合受理標準。

軍冤會執行秘書蔡興華30日表示，第二次會議修改了設置要點，還是由法務部長羅瑩雪兼任召集人，並在原有的受理標準之外，再通過納入當事人患極重度或重度精神分裂也符合受理標準。

蔡興華表示，目前共有55件陳情案件、50件申訴案件，申訴案件中有40件符合受理標準。蔡興華也表示，因顧及個人資料問題，未來考慮只公布案件數量，而不是案件細節。
