「你被偷拍」…回撥話費增千元

「被偷拍的是你嗎? 」邱姓市民接到手機簡訊，以智慧手機回撥後，手機通話費增加1千元小額付款，他不甘被騙，要求退費；中華電信台南營業處指出，邱姓市民可持報案三聯單證明被詐騙後，到營業處註銷帳單。

邱姓市民投訴說，日前接到一通手機簡訊，內容是「邱某某被偷拍的是你嗎?」並附上一網址，他回撥後沒想到行動電話費暴增1千。

他向中華電信公司調閱通話明細，發現增加一筆行動電話受託代銷電子商務使用費，費用1千元；但他並未用行動電話小額付款，認為遭到詐騙，向警方報案。

警方說，這是新型的詐騙手法，懷疑是詐騙集團用手機簡訊，轉接國外或大陸。

中華電信台南營業處帳務股長蔡三吉說，一般以行動電話小額付款，須提供姓名、身分證字號等個資，如認為簡訊或電話可疑，請提高警覺，不要提供個人資料或電2442319洽詢。
