台南進入暴風圈 預防性撤離5區73人

台南市災害應變中表示，強台天兔已經進入恆春半島、台灣東南部及台灣南部陸地，對花蓮、台東、恆春半島、南投、台中以南及澎湖地區構成威脅，各地風雨逐漸增強。

台南市目前也針對轄內高災害潛勢地區保全對象，執行疏散性撤離，截至今天早上七點，共撤離左鎮區岡林里2戶3人、歸仁區五甲教養院32人、東山區五叉溝30人、南化區5戶6人、關廟區撤離2人，合計5區73人。
