【短片】萬宜颱風橫掃　日本1死3失蹤

【綜合報導】今年第18號強烈颱風萬宜(Man-Yi)橫掃日本，降下超大豪雨，目前統計共造成1人死亡、3人失蹤、71人受傷，受災的19個都道府縣共有1620棟住宅淹水或是被洪水沖毀，死者是滋賀縣的一名71歲女性。京都市一度向市內26萬人發出避難指示。

萬宜颱風今天上午從愛知縣登陸後，接著襲極了東京首都圈，造成交通大混亂，羽田機場有超過200個航班被迫取消，成田機場也陸續有國際航班延誤情況發生，由於雨量超過警戒值，東京到大阪間的東海道新幹線也一度停駛，而東京都內的地鐵系統也一度停擺。
