我個人覺得有兩種方式，第一種是妳到外面去補習(因為小孩都長大了，比較多自由的時間)，第二種是在家裡透過網路來學英文，因為你可能白天要去買菜、跑銀行、打掃家裡，所以沒時間去外面上補習班，那就用網路來上課最方便。

補習班麻，因為我不知道你在哪個縣市，所以也無法推薦，但是建議妳盡量找小班制的，這樣你才有多發言的機會。

線上學英文的話，其實市面上很多間，但是我覺得妳要挑一些會開視訊的。
也就是說妳雖然透過電腦學習，但是妳透過視訊妳還是可以看到老師，而老師也看的到妳，這樣他才能去看當你發音的時候你嘴型正不正確，舌頭有沒有到位。
