新竹市水源與前溪里約兩公頃農田，日前因台肥新竹市五廠機械故障，氨氣外洩 ，剛插秧ㄧ個月的秧苗出現枯葉現象，里民向議員曾資程反應，台肥與市府,桃園農改場研究人員今天現勘，確認是受氨氣汙染，台肥已承認疏失，願意賠償農民損失。
