洪仲丘案 桃檢傳法醫作證

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣26日電）桃園地檢署偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案，今天上午傳喚法醫石台平，進一步釐清洪仲丘的死亡真相。

桃檢偵辦洪仲丘案，法醫石台平解剖鑑定報告寫死因「他為」，曾引起不同看法。石台平當時表示，洪仲丘死因「他為」就是他殺，並非意外。

不過，桃園地檢署為釐清洪仲丘的死亡是送醫疏失或是操練過當，今天以證人身分傳喚石台平，進一步查明真相。石台平上午前往桃檢，但他相當低調，並未發言。

此外，遭收押的前542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正以及上士范佐憲3人的委任律師也擬於今天提出抗告。1020826
