導演張作驥涉性侵 北檢起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北26日電）導演張作驥被控性侵女編劇，台北地檢署今天依妨害性自主罪起訴張作驥。

張作驥日前與友人飲宴後，共同前往張的住所兼工作室聊天，後來友人陸續離去，一名女編劇因不勝酒力，仍留在張家休息。

女編劇事後控訴張作驥乘機強脫衣物性侵，女編劇報警並赴醫院驗傷，但張作驥到案時否認指控。

台北地檢署受理案件後，承辦檢察官在5月13日指揮司法警察搜索張家等處，並約談張作驥到案，訊後以新台幣10萬元交保。

張作驥曾獲「國家文藝獎」，他的電影作品「忠仔」也獲亞太影展「評審團獎」、希臘塞薩洛尼基國際電影節「最佳導演獎」等國際獎項。他更接連出品「黑暗之光」、「美麗時光」及「當愛來的時候」等國片，執導作品多次獲得金馬獎肯定。1020826
