標題[問題] 台灣NP遠傳~

這個月初由台灣NP遠傳 原本在台灣使用的費率是568+699(?)的樣子 然後是明年5月初才約滿 違約金付了6000多 順便又繳了上一期(6月初~7月初)的電話費1千多 那時候好像有順便繳了7月初~解約前的帳單 (這個部分有點記不太清楚了 當時繳了好多錢〒△〒) 然後一個禮拜前吧收到帳單 要我付3000多 那三千多$$的項目是寫行動上網的費用 日期是7月初到8月初的 另外還有剛解約的那三天 解約的時候門市人員說有幫我調成200費率的 所以剛解約的那三天 我都沒有使用網路 只有連WIFI而已 請問這樣有三千多是正常的嗎?? 一開始很疑惑 我就去門市用號碼查單 是寫都繳清了 不知道哪裡來的3000多@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.128.183
