風雨漸強 高鐵傍晚改自由座

（中央社記者林紳旭台北21日電）台灣高鐵今天表示，各列車白天正常運轉，但下午5時後，受到颱風影響，取消所有直達車，保留每站停靠列車，並採自由座。

高鐵指出，22日的營運服務情況將在今晚10時前公布。

高鐵表示，為確保潭美颱風期間列車運行安全，若部分路段遭遇風速、雨量較大狀況，達運轉限制標準時，列車將採取限速行車，維護旅客安全。

高鐵說，從潭美颱風發布海上颱風警報到解除海上颱風警報，來不及搭乘或無法搭乘原預定車次列車的旅客，可在1年內免手續費退票。1020821
