標題[請益]詭異~薪資以及新人下班時間(封測廠設備)?

小弟24 私立大學畢 進入竹科這間封測廠做設備工程師 底薪:32200 伙食:1800 目前是常日 全薪:34000 (還沒包含輪班津貼) 到時後開始輪班是作三休三 但因為人力需求 所以都得作四休二(日班) 多做的一天算加班 所以估計一個月大約快40K吧(主管說的)※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.231.154
