賀誼專案啟程　總統搭華航專機出訪

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】總統馬英九開始12天的中南美洲訪問行程，此行程稱為賀誼專案，今日下午2時許搭乘華航747專機從桃園機場起飛，將出訪的各國友邦大使與外交部長到場送機，機場也出動約百名警力維安戒備。

馬英九總統出訪前表示，除了參加巴拉圭新任總統卡提斯就職典禮外，也將訪問加勒比海4友邦，並開心的表示是中華民國總統有史以來首次到海地訪問，將是非常重要的歷史，在路程中更將過境美國，與紐約市長進行早餐會面。
