人妻與小三夫談判 「一見鍾情」反被告

台北一名陳姓女子發現老公和女同事外遇，氣得她約小三的老公見面談判，怎知兩人倒擦出愛的火花，反被老公的小三捉姦在床，最後陳姓女子從外遇被害人變成加害人，人妻小三互告，台北地院判決兩人都要賠錢，各賠對方十萬元。

陳姓女子發現自己的老公與嚴姓女同事外遇，為了挽救婚姻，她約小三的老公見面，本來希望他好好管管自己的老婆，怎知兩人一見鍾情，陳姓女子從外遇被害人變成了加害人。

而開庭時，陳姓女子還向小三索賠160萬元，小三氣不過，爆出她才是受害者，反索賠兩百萬。複雜的四角戀，讓法官也錯愕。4人的關係就像電影花樣年華難分難捨，最後法官乾脆各自判兩人互賠10萬元，但就算官司出爐，四人的婚姻要怎麼收場，恐怕不是判決結束就能解決。
