pchome商店街問題

我在pchome商店街買了一個東西
然後是新加入會員的~~
後來都訂單完成了
之後我登入商店街的帳號,都登不進去(都跟我說帳號密碼錯誤)
結果我案查詢密碼的,他說帳號輸入錯誤(就是沒有這個帳號的意思)
後來我用同一個帳號再辦一次,還是登不進去
但是查詢密碼的時候,已經有這個帳號了
我想問,那我當時訂單的那個帳號呢??
這樣算交易完成嗎?
要是算完成,我是選擇超商取貨的,如果貨到他會發簡訊到我手機嗎?
那要是他沒有發來,我以為他貨沒有到,就沒去拿貨付款,會怎樣?
我現在該怎麼辦?
