標題[請問] 會餓卻沒食慾

（手機排版請見諒） 這幾天因為一些私事忙得焦頭爛額 連飯都沒有吃 只有喝水（但量不多） 今天早上起床才發現手腳發軟 四肢無力 當下趕緊拿了鳳梨酥想要補充體力 但才剛咬一口就馬上覺得想吐 很不舒服 朋友說這是餓過頭的現象 要我喝水會好一點 之後體力是有稍微恢復 但還是很餓且沒食慾 請問該如何解決？ 吃巧克力有用嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.211.73
