洪仲丘案3被告羈押否 今晚7點重審

洪仲丘死亡案，軍檢專案小組抗告成功，高等軍事法院發言人倪運喜今天下午表示，軍高院晚上7點開羈押訊問庭，庭訊結束後裁定被告前副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲是否羈押或交保。

何江忠等3人因涉洪仲丘死亡案，軍檢偵辦時被羈押，全案8月1日經檢方起訴，同一天移審高等軍事法院隨即開羈押訊問庭，審判長裁定3人都交保，軍檢向最高軍事法院遞狀抗告，最高院今天裁定發回重審，高院訂晚上7點開羈押庭。
