民眾聚集 強拆立院圍牆

群聚在立法院外面的十多名群眾，昨晚九點多一一拆下立法院一半的外牆鐵欄杆，並在反黑箱服貿聯盟召集人蔡丁貴帶領下，與警方發生衝突，並闖進立法院，但被優勢警力圍堵，在大門前廣場拉布條，不斷高喊「警察後退」，外圍民眾也不斷高喊「昨天拆大埔，今天拆政府」。衝突中有員警掛彩，被民眾打到流血。

此時，從凱達格蘭大道散場的民眾，經過立法院外，不少人佇足圍觀，也有人加入「喊聲」行列，現場氣氛高漲。
