sony XPERIA P 手機用win8電腦更新問題

最近看到可以更新但需要連結到電腦才能更新
但是連接到PC Companion到了一個地方我就沒有辦法繼續更新下去
就是需要關機按下鍵 可是我怎麼用都不行也上網找了好幾個辦法也沒辦法執行
會是電腦的關係嗎??
我用的是win8系統的電腦
