【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】中國證監會、中國人民銀行（人行）與國家外匯管理局決定，將合格境外機構投資者（QFII，Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor）投資規模由800億美元（2.4兆元台幣）擴增近1倍至1500億美元（4.5兆元台幣），希望吸引更多外資進入中國資本市場。

在中國近期經濟數據低迷，恐引發資金外逃之際，中國當局祭出QFII額度擴大措施，被解讀為有意藉此積極救市，以拉抬低迷的國內市場。

另外，RQFII（RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors，人民幣合格境外機構投資者）試點也將在新加坡、倫敦等地進一步拓展。至於對臺灣地區、新加坡、倫敦等地金融機構參與RQFII試點，將參照現有香港金融機構參與RQFII試點相關法規實施。
